- Work closely with IT to develop and review workflow, ensure data quality and proceed user acceptance test (UAT) for internal system
- Support management to formulate and execute policies of performance tracking on business process as to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with different departments regarding ad-hoc projects and assist in marketing and frontend operation activities
- Higher Diploma or equivalent with at least two years relevant working experience preferably in telecommunications industry
- Detail-oriented and familiar with operations of HKBN
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good team player with self-motivated personality
