Your New Role

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects and working closely with the team to facilitate new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from users and business owners, manage expectations of all involved parties.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and other documentation.
• Prepare test plan and conduct UAT.
• Perform day-to-day project activities on website and mobile application development, manage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate project execution.

What makes you succeed

To be successfulin your new position, it is essential to have the following skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT business analysis.
• Experience working with a consumer app.
• Experience working with a subscription-based and/or streaming-based service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and be responsible for the project status. Proactively step-in and follow-up if there’s issues found during the process.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese.
• Familiar with Agile methodology is a plus.
