Description

• The Digital Transformation Lead/ Architect will be responsible for driving the business strategy and defining the Technical Approaches.
• You have a strategic approach to responsible for developing and executing a Digital Transformation strategy, roadmap and masterplan.
• You will establish a methodology, relevant processes and standards to drive digital transformation efforts for the logistic businesses
• Build the core and common reusable technology components required across multiple value streams, products, channels and applications.
• Provide full support to key technology modernisation priorities such as transitioning to cloud based technology solutions, the removal of legacy systems and building up of Big Data Platform and Mid-Layer Business Platform

Profile

• The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in digital transformation and implementation ideally from a large scale logistic/ consulting company.
• You have solid experience in digital design and customer strategy with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• You will also be responsible for conducting research on latest market trends, customer insights, segmentation etc., to determine how new technologies may affect business operations.
• You also have experience in launching new products and the ability to develop strong propositions to gain the confidence of the customer in launching
