What effort do you need to make? 

• Provide supervisory, technical and administrative direction for personnel performing system implementation tasks;
• Analyse, design and specify program components of systems to meet user requirements (UR);
• Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance (e.g. SIT and UAT);
• Produce project reports and specifications in accordance with the standards approved by the Government;
• Monitor the performance of subordinates;
• Review work for rectification and for adherence to the design concepts and user requirements, and for all progress in accordance with schedules;
• Assure conformance to standards and quality control (QC) procedures;
• Prepare and deliver presentations on the system to subordinates and Government representatives; as well as
• Play the full role in all phases of computer projects including requirement and feasibility studies (FS), system analysis and design (SA&D), procurement and installation of computer system, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance.

 Let’s check if you are…

• Degree Holder with at least five (5) years of full-time post-qualification IT experience;
• At least three (3) years of full-time post-qualification experience in the application development for government during past ten (10) years;
• Certification of professional staff recognised by the IT industry on the relevant skills, where applicable, is optional.
