Job Scope

• Perform day-to-day operational primary support on database incidents and problems
• Oversee general database support tasks like backup/restore, schedule task setup, user accounts and access rights changes, etc.
• Responsible for database design, capacity planning, risk assessment, and compliance checks 
• Provide regular updates on project developments 
• Suggest improvements for operating policies, technical architecture, and configuration of DB systems and related applications
• Develop reports using Microsoft Reporting Services and other available reporting tools
• Provide data import or export and analysis for end users and business partners

Requirements

• University holder in Computer Science or information systems preferred 
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL database administration, development, and programming
• Sound knowledge of relational database, virtualization, and clustering technologies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
