Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok

Responsibilities

• Review various project requirement to IT vendors as per user requirement. DHL policy and DHL IT procedure
• Overseeing all hardware, software and service purchases in line with the budget.
• Planning the provision for security, availability, resilience and performance
• Provide IT technical advice to parties in the project and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of tasks
• Designing a risk mitigation plan. Develop and implement a project plan to track progress
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. PMP/ PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure setup of a data center or computer room
• Strong communication (Cantonese and English), elaboration and presentation skills.
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in a
• challenging environment and capacity to manage high-stress situations
• Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
