Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide daily level-2 support for SIEM systems
- Provide support and manage log sources integration with SIEM systems such as onboarding / offboarding and troubleshooting.
- Manage and create custom log source extension.
- Update software release and security patches for SIEM systems.
- Monitor SIEM system health, stability and performance.
- Execute and manage quarterly virtual desktop patching program, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation.
- Administrate WSUS for patch deployments.
- Create and manage patch installation script.
- Maintain proper documentation of all support activities.
- Provide regular inventory and statistics reports.
- Undertake incident resolution and project related deployment tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years working hands-on technical experience with SIEM systems, preferably IBM Qradar.
- Basic knowledge for network technologies including firewalls, Proxy, network load balancer and DNS.
- Experience with Linux, windows server OS, win10 desktop OS and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of scripting and query languages such as windows batch, GPO, Regex, Python, PowerShell and AQL (Ariel Query Language).
- Mature and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Pro-active, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal communication skill - ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes
