Job description:

• To lead and manage project teams include developers, designers, BA and QA on mobile and web application solution projects.
• Perform day-to-day management of all project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis.
• Prioritize resources among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing deadlines.
• Review and manage all changes to the requirements from the start of projects to the time-of-service launch.
• Monitor progress at various milestones to ensure that the project is delivered on time, with budget and in high quality.
• Communicate closely with client to ensure the project is on right track and provide professional suggestion.
• Report to management directly about the project status, and risk analysis of requirements that might impact strategic direction.

Job requirement:

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology,  or IT related discipline.
• Holder of PMP or Scrum Master certification is a definite advantage.
• Experience in using Agile software development methodology is an advantage.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in managing mobile application / IT projects.
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skill.
• Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with analytical mind.
• High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proven multi-tasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Project Manager
