With the trend towards Industrial Revolution 4.0, our IT department, the strategic technology enabler with more than 70 staff, has established a comprehensive personalized customer-centric platform (gratus) and operation management system, i.e. Customer Behavioral Tracking System, Recommendation Engine, Business Intelligence Dashboard and Campaign Monitoring System, to support the fast-changing business transformation needs across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the various tiers of server, storage, networking, applications and security control
• Define, design, evaluate and maintain the enterprise architecture included on-premises & multi cloud environments
• Conduct security risk analysis and risk assessment
• Handle end-users IT-related queries and problems
• Implement IT Infrastructure projects with various vendors
• On-call for emergency support to mission critical systems
• Handle other duties as assigned

 Requirement

• Degree Holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' experience in implementing and administering network infrastructure including MPLS, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless, and monitoring tools
• An in-depth knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud & AliCloud)
• Solid Hands-on experience in Router, Switch & FortiGate Firewall, PowerShell, CLI, DLP, SIEM
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux (Redhat, CentOS & Ubuntu) Platforms with Virtualization technology (Hyper-V & ESXi)
• IT certification holder such as MCSE, CCNP, CISSP equivalent is preferable
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken in both English & Cantonese
