Job Description
Our client is a reputable and large real estate group. It has recently invested significantly in transforming itself into a tech-driven operation. Some of the most important initiatives include full cloud adoption, cloud-native development and full agile development.
Responsibilities
- Designs solution roadmaps, and system and software architecture according to business strategies and solution architecture standards and processes
- Partner with cross-team architects, technical team, and project managers to understand, and implement the Architecture Strategy. Influence the roadmaps for each line of business to achieve the Web and Mobile Strategy
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement high performance, high throughput, and high availability mobile and web applications
- Prepare technical proposal, architecture design document and system design document, provide technical direction, and guide delivery teams (including application development) in the delivery of technically challenging solutions
- Partners with Architecture/Technical Teams to facilitate and support execution of pilot and or proof of concept activities to validate technology capabilities
- Work with the delivery and support teams to incorporate process improvements, efficiency gains and tech debt elimination into the solution design
- Use analytical thinking and technical domain knowledge to resolve technical issues and aid incident and problem management activities which could impact production service levels
- Assess and evaluate project risks during planning and provide risk mitigation recommendations
- Provide high level consultancy or advice to management and technical teams to assist in decision-making
- Monitor and track progress of work products to ensure delivery according to predetermined estimates and plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in development or architecture role
- Good knowledge of web and mobile design and development
- Experience working in an Agile Team environment, good knowledge in DevOps pipeline
- Knowledge in Cloud Technologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
