IT Project Officer (Stock trading team)

Responsibilities

• To be a team member of Information Technology Department
• To cope with vendors and users on implementing user requirements
• To assist in monitoring project executions, and manage constraints in terms of scope, cost, resource, schedule, quality and risk
• To assist in major project activities and rollout plans
• To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
• To adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements

• Associate / High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines
• 0-3 years’ experience in system implementation or IT project coordination, preferably in banking / finance industry
• Good analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience and knowledge in stock trading is a plus
