Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from users and perform system analysis and design to enhance and maintain the effectiveness of the application systems;
• Prepare technical documents and communicate with developer team, Ensure the function align with request of business goal and IT Standard/ Guidelines, Change request management;
• Ensure the quality of system deliverable to fulfill the Company’s business needs;
• Follow up projects with vendors and users;
• Provide prompt and useful advice to business users and supervisor(s) regarding system operation with constructive technical solutions.

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' IT application development and system design experience, hands-on experience in Insurance business highly preferable;
• Good knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Methodology
• Proficient in programming tools such as Mysql,Java,Java Script, JQuery, Ajax,Maven,Zookeeper etc.;
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and independent
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
