Job Description
Responsibility:
- Tape change and backup log checking , fail need to recover within that day
- Server healthiness report checking and follow-up on failure
- Account creation/deletion
- Critical server decentralized (by function)
- Program deployment
- Patch management use WSUS + manual for DM zone
- Physical 100 servers – VM 300,
- HyperV , Vmware,
- 30 SQL & DB,
- Exchange 2010 – 2016,
- HP rack mount – HCI
- Replication , cluster only on Proxy server
- Backup exec , RIM
- Inventory on Excel
- Fault Troubleshooting with Vendors
Requirements:.
- Knowledge (at least 3 year) on computer and Linux and/or Windows systems and software applications.
- Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.
- Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
