Responsibilities

• Handle end user IT requests and support tasks
• Monitor system and network performance
• Provide desktop, network and system support
• Execute tasks according to IT policies to fulfill auditors purpose
• Maintain all documents in an accurate and orderly manner
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in the relevant discipline
• Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PC hardware/software
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux servers, Network switches, firewalls and MS Exchange server
• MCP / MCSA / MCSE with experience in Microsoft/Linux would be an advantage.
• Good command of Mandarin is preferable
• Fresh Graduate and candidates with less experience will also be considered
