Job Description
Our client is a well-established Fintech Company who specialized in OTC trading system development . To cope with their recent business growth, they are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to elaborate Business requirements; to transpire business requirements into potential solutions; and to prepare Functional Specifications on Kondor, K+TP and Fusions Risk
- Demonstrates the requirements traceability and, wherever appropriate, leads the design/development of the proposed customer implementations
- Works with Business, Solution Architects and quality assurance teams to ensure built solutions meet stated requirements
- Coordination with external stakeholders for releasing and testing of applications
- Production implementation and post-production support
- Communicate status and report issues to the team leader
- Work closely with different stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, help the organization on pre-sales initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, science or other related discipline
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst on Fusion Kondor as a Functional Consultant for at least 5 years with sound knowledge on 'commercial off the shelf' Fusion Kondor product
- Strong business acumen to understand customer requirements and document the business requirements through defined development
- Well versed with Kondor (FO), Fusion Risk (MO) and K+TP (BO) product workflows and associated system configuration
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving in the area of defining problems, determine innovative solutions, and validate solutions against customer needs and requirements
- Well versed with agile/waterfall methodologies and able to work independently without much supervision and able to work with a motivated team of business analysts, solution architects, development and quality assurance teams
- High level of interpersonal and customer communication in verbal and written forms, customer focus and negotiation skills
- Knowledge on Treasury instruments: FX, Loan/Deposits, IRS/CCS, Options, Fixed Income
- Self-starter who is willing to learn
- Good in written and Spoken English and Cantonese
