Job Description
Senior/ Logistic Officer Opening in MNC technology company, focusing on analyze and identify risk and create solution by collaborating with cross functional teams with reporting.
Job Duties
- Deliver improvement projects in operations process optimization, work with cross functional teams on system improvement and operation automation
- Review and optimize SOP, KPI and compile business reports
- Create solutions and identify risks, issues related to customs clearance and licensing control of importation and exportation
- Responsible for docking with government regulatory departments (Customs, Trade and Industry Department) on importation and exportation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, shipping, business administration, information system or related discipline, master’s degree is a plus
- Good in Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- 4+ years’ working experience, with 2+ years experience in supply chain or logistics industry.
- Experience in performing root cause analysis to solve issues using data and reports.
- With experience in logistics management, risk management, internal control, customs compliance, and project management would be an advantage
