• Build up and maintain a Data warehouse for client data from various system data sources
• Write and analyze SQL statement in order to improve system performance
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time
• Write and generate reports for management or other analysis purpose
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Work closely with network, virtualization, database, and application teams on multi-site solutions
• Work in line with business requirements and security guidelines and thereby provide constant support
• Manage all aspects on IT including the update and execution of related policies, processes, procedures, and control

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 8+ years' Financial IT Infrastructure & Operations experience
• In-depth knowledge in Databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), Operating Systems (Linux), Network, and project management methodology
• Confident in building, maintaining and troubleshooting of all hardware and systems inclusive of networks and adaptable to change and technology
• Hands on, Independent and Self-motivated, can work under pressure
• Possess solid understanding on securities related applications in terms of products and services support, regulatory compliance, and common technical & business challenges
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational skills, and proven ability to influence senior management
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
