• Identifying key business opportunities
• Identifying the needs of their business and developing plans to determine the overall direction it should take to succeed
• Developing plans for project workstreams, and executing project tasks, business research and analyses
• Participating actively in problem solving and solution building
• Engaging with key (senior) stakeholders across the region and globally to ensure successful change management and implementation of key initiatives 
• Supporting with the creation of key business presentations and reports to senior management on overall business performance results and key projects updates
• Supporting key regional, cross-functional projects, as prioritized by the senior management team

Requirements:

•  2-3+ years of strategy experience from a corporate strategy/business development or management consultancy background
• Track record of driving change through developing clear analyses and creation of business cases, implementation
• Ability to work well independently and under pressure, to prioritize goals and perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Drives Collaboration & Cultivates Networks: Establishes and maintains strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Basic knowledge on Metaverse/NFT is a must
• Shows Strong Organization skills: Comfortable with ambiguity, take direction well, and able to work with high accountability.
