The Job

• Research and study user interaction behavior and usage scenarios, deeply understand user requirements and usage habits, and optimize design schemes based on data and product strategies
• Undertake the role of department aesthetics and user interaction design methodology guidance, and cooperate with the product, technology, operation, and business departments to carry out corresponding UX interaction design work and UI interface design
• Maintain and iterate the design specifications of APP pages and functions and professional project output methods;

The Person

• Good at the interactive and visual design of mobile terminals, including APP, H5, etc., with successful portfolios
• Possess a deep understanding of the relevant theories and process methods of user interaction experience design and visual experience design, be able to use various design tools to clearly express design intentions, and be able to produce high-quality interactive/visual prototypes
• Hands on user research experiences, has deep insight about customer requirements, can think logically, and simplify complex problems
• Demonstrate professional visual expression and creative ability, provide reasonable, systematic design scheme for products, improve product tone, and design different from competitors
• Attention to design details, familiar with the front-end of iOS and Android
• Familiar with design concepts, specifications, graphic design tools, forward-looking planning, and strategy.
• Design experience in a scalable Internet company is preferred
