DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with well-established luxury retail group in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring high caliber Senior / IT Business Analyst to join their professional team and they offer exciting job opportunities and competitive benefit schemes to the right talents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis and user requirement studies, and assist stakeholders to document business process flow
• Capture requirements  of the business and translate them to applicable requirements for technology delivery to solve for that capability
• Understand the business needs, balance the requirements amongst business stakeholders and recommend solutions
• Communicate between users and development team, and liaise with the team on resources allocation and task scheduling
• Communicate with stakeholders, prepare documents and technical information in line with agreed processes and procedures
• Support UAT, prepare user manual and conduct training
• Act as the subject matter expert in digital and consumer applications (e.g., E-Commerce, CRM)
• Participate in digital transformation projects in the areas of business requirements collection, process development, functional spec development, testing etc.
• Manage various projects and deliver agreed solutions on time
• Provide roll-out and post-implementation support
• Provide ad-hoc support to other related tasks

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 3 years or above working experience as Business Analyst in Retail Business
• SQL skillset is preferred for troubleshooting / data extracts
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure independently
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and luxury retail industry is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager
