Our client is an international leading company, which expand their market to Japan, Hong Kong, U.S. and Thailand. To support their rapid business growth, they are now looking for a talent to deliver technical support and maintain infrastructure operation.

Our client is an international leading company, which expand their market to Japan, Hong Kong, U.S. and Thailand. By the end of 2020, they achieved gross profit £3 billion. They are now exploring on different industry to increase their market share. In order to support their rapid business growth, they are now looking for a talent to deliver technical support, assist infrastructure operation as well as maintaining hardware and software.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the duties as an IT ambassador to front line and deliver technical support to end users
  • Delivering support to infrastructure operations
  • Delivering troubleshoot and and resolutions to urgent messages within the time required
  • Perform observations and provide feedback to improve the services quality, and giving enhancement solutions
  • Delivering hardware, software maintenance
  • Managing contract, license inventory, and security exemption record
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders about standard policies
  • Providing technical support for product and service roll out

Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related courses
  • Minimum 5 year's experience IT support under international-culture environment
  • Candidates with 2 years of VIP user support experience will be preferred
  • Deep knowledge in service desk support
  • Strong knowledge in ITIL framework will be great to ensure high quality of work
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and meeting room set-up
  • Fluent English and Chinese in written and spoken, Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidate with MCSE and CCNA is advantageous
