Responsibilities

• Involve in tendering process as well as pre-sales meetings with BUs
• Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of ITIL based global processes in Hong Kong
• Act as the key holder in HK to ensure global processes are properly deployed, documented and executed in HK IT Operations
• Identify process gaps between HK and regional teams and develop, enhance and/or customize processes to bridge these gaps
• Drive for process changes for continuous improvements of our service quality

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with 5 years’ relevant working experience
• In-depth understanding of ITIL and ISO standards
• Experience in project management, especially in implementing process improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Experienced in IT operations and auditing in sizable projects/organisation
• Holder of CISA and ITIL certification. Other technical certifications in networking/security/system administration would be an added advantage
