• Assist in setting up test strategies for digital solutions
• Transform business & functional requirements into test scenarios / cases
• Script & maintain test automation for different web & app applications
• Support end-users to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Report & manage defects in the tracking system
• Work closely with project teams and vendor resources to resolve issues identified during different test phases

• You are a Detailer, who like to dig into the details, and they excel at minimizing risk.
• You are a Problem Solver, who seek to understand as much as possible and don’t jump in but conduct their due diligence and plan for moving forward when doing something new.
• You are an Inquirer, who tend to be less traditional and more willing to try new things. 

• Degree holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline
• At least 2 years of working experiences preferably in digital channels, quality assurance, or system design
• Strong knowledge in the quality assurance process
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills
• Knowledge in programming (such as Java) is a definite advantage
• Experience in test automation tools is a plus. For example, Katalon, Selenium, Appium.
• Experience in Jmeter, Postman & Javascript are optional
• Good communication in English and Cantonese both written and spoken with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
