Job Description
The Role
- Design, develop and maintain web-based applications for data entry and analysis
- Partner with managers in collecting business requirements, performing system analysis and design; and preparing necessary documentation
- Liaison with external vendors for system integration
- Research and evaluate new technologies, libraries and frameworks
- Assist in establishing and deployment of system development standards
- Diploma holder or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in application development and maintenance with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Phyton, MySQL, Oracle database, Oracle PL/SQL on Windows/Linux platform
- Minimum 2 years working experience in web development is preferred
- Solid working knowledge of internet technologies (web and mobile) and secure software development methodologies
- Knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, image processing will be an advantage
- Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet work timelines
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Systems Analyst
