About The Role:

We are looking for a Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer to join our Technical Teams. You will be playing the key role in the design, implementation and commissioning of networking projects; Work closely with project team leader and other team members to execute all network implementations.

In this position, you will:

• Design and implement network infrastructure installations and configurations;
• Engage and develop good relationships with customers and partners, capturing requirements, suggesting technical solutions;
• Manage progress of the network projects implementation and identify, resolve and escalate issues to customer and internal parties;
• Conduct site preparation, equipment staging, installation and commissioning, user acceptance test and project documents upon completion of the project;
• Ad hoc projects and assignments

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ related discipline;
• Experience in system administration and networking/ Network infrastructure support/ administration and configuration in the WAN/LAN environment;
• With technical support experience on LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewall;
• Self-motivated, result oriented, good interpersonal skills; good customer services skills and able to work under pressure and independently;
• Self-initiative with good sense of responsibility and can-do attitude;
• Holder of professional certifications would be an advantage (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP);
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer
