Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Solid experience of IT Infrastructure design
• Solid experience in managing Microsoft OS and Hypervisor environments and server applications such as M365, Azure, MS AD, MS Exchange, SCCM and VMWare
• Solid experience in managing security and networking such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, Wireless, VPN, VoIP, Video Conference and Web Meeting solution, Veeam
• Hands on experience in enterprise storage system
• Hands on experience in IT security support such as EDR, MDR, Anti-phishing software, SIEM, etc.
• Experience in IT solution implementation is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
