Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers to provide different kinds of technical solutions on hardware, software & networking products and services to corporate clients.
  • Provide technical support consultation on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to corporate clients.
  • Provide back-end technical support on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to internal teams
  • Setup, backup, System/application troubleshooting and administration of servers.
  • Handle customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration.
  • Manage projects and work on project implementation and system installation.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.
  • Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience in Installation/configuration of Windows, Linux and UNIX.
  • Strong communication skill and good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure, Cloud, UNIX/LINIX, Storage and backup solution is an advantage.
  • Administration/configuration in Cloud, and UNIX/LINUX is an advantage.
