Job Description
Responsibilities
- As a L2 Help Desk to end-users from receiving IT related incidents and requests;
- Provide first line determination and resolution to resolve/fulfil end-users IT incidents/service requests;
- Perform technical support service of computer applications, hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure IT support to users;
- Keep track of incident tickets updated and follow up with relevant support teams/vendors in accordance with the defined SLAs;
- Manage external vendors to provide technical support on corporate IT Infrastructure.
- Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system per approved request.
- Review and update ID admin documentations where required.
- Participate in IT audit by providing information and documentation in a timely manner and achieve SAT audit rating.
- Perform Privilege Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner.
- Perform timely escalation to respective support team where necessary.
- Diploma or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the L1/2 helpdesk support & infrastructure administration experience
- Proficiency in the system administration, such as AD/M365/VDI infrastructure
- Familiar with network support and troubleshooting, such as Switch & Router, cabling
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and anti-virus systems;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- With financial industrial experience will be an advantage.
