With the focus of O+O (online and offline) strategy for HK/Macau market, we’re looking for an incumbent to drive technology solutions to support the business growth by applying expertise, synergy and harmonisation of digital solution.

Job Description

• Assist the Digital IT Manager to drive and run digital/ecommerce strategy for HK/Macau
• Assist the Digital IT Manager to deliver technology solutions to meet the digital/ecommerce business goals
• Run digital/ecommerce technology implementation for HK/Macau based on global/regional frame while meeting local market requirements
• Provide regular update to business stakeholders on project progress, status and risks/issues
• Keep updated on the O+O customer trends, identify and implement solutions to support the best-in-class customer experience

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years’ working experience in Information Technology, preferably in Digital/ecommerce industry 
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing/Campaigns and how to enable them by technology
• Solid expertise and technical knowledge in ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify…etc. and CRM systems such as Siebel, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce workflow and their backend systems such as OMS/WMS.
• Be able to articulate business requirements and translate to technical solutions / specifications
• Excellent project management skill
• Proven multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and people networking
• Innovative problem solving with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
