CRM Data Analyst

Job brief
The CRM Data Analyst will work with the cross-functional team to understand the business priorities, design and develop the data driven solution to deliver the measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Assistant Data Analytics Manager, you will work in the newly established Customer & Digital Experience team to further Hongkong Land’s target customer experience strategy while supporting data-led initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities
• Understand the CRM concepts and conduct the data analysis to improve customer experience / drive customer engagement including but not limited to customer segmentation profiling, customer engagement initiative post evaluation, etc.
• With the ability to work through the complex datasets (structured and unstructured) from different silo to craft the story with proper visualizations.
• Work with key stakeholders to gather the dashboard requirements and build the interactive dashboards with proper storytelling to call out the actionable insights.
• Liaise with IT business partner to support the data management/data model setup.

Requirements
• Degree holder in Data Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline with at last 3 years-experience in data analytics, ideally the experience gain from Loyalty Program/Retail industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Tableau is a must, in addition, exposure to Python/R would be preferable
• Proven ability to extract actionable insights from the CRM platforms, sensitive to the numbers and understand the CRM analytics framework
• Ability to navigate in a complex environment and achieve outcome
• Passion to help business with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• The candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Data Analyst
