• Coordinate with business unit to determine system requirements, planning and design such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, system techniques, workflow and testing
• Deliver the best solutions for clients, including strategic planning, daily operations and management
• Formulate, implement, enforce, modify and monitor the business information processing system to enhance services performance
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhance and/or alternatives
• Train new and existing system users on the reporting capabilities of the business intelligence platform
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ hands-on commercial experience
• Understand front-to-back business management processes and have good experience in the system implementation is essential
• With experience of time attendance system, Microsoft Office 365 automate & BI, SQL, HR system, IoT, facility management system and would be advantage
• Effective conceptual, diagnostic, analytical, problem-solving skills and sensitive to business priorities
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Mature, details oriented, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Immediate available is an advantage
