Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of ITIL based global processes in Hong Kong
• Act as the key holder in HK to ensure global processes are properly deployed, documented and executed in HK IT Operations
• Identify process gaps between HK and regional teams and develop, enhance and/or customize processes to bridge these gaps
• Drive for process changes for continuous improvements of our service quality
• Keep in touch with the latest technology and industry best practices and be innovative to introduce new mode of operations to drive for continuous improvement
• Perform audits and training on global processes for all teams, and review the objectives achievement quarterly
• Manage audit projects for customers, including both second party and third party audits, for the services providing by the company.
• In junction with Service Delivery Manager, drive for continuously improve metrics, reporting documentation and to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to senior management and IT management
• As the gatekeeper to ensure all technical documents across all HK IT Operations teams are up-to-date, including the Process document, Design document, Technical diagram, Technical/Operational Procedures, Work instructions, AIG’s & ASRM and New client transition deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with 5 years’ relevant working experience
• In-depth understanding of ITIL and ISO standards
• Experience in project management, especially in implementing process improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Experienced in IT operations and auditing in sizable projects/organisation
• Holder of CISA and ITIL certification. Other technical certifications in networking/security/system administration would be an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent influencing skills with a strong desire to introduce changes to improve the working environment
• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and loopholes
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure
• Exposure in financial industry preferred
