Onsite IT Hardware / Software Service Technician
Onsite IT Hardware / Software Service Technician
We are currently looking for several IT Hardware/Software Service Technicians to join our team working at the Hong Kong International Airport.
Responsibilities:
The Service Engineer / Technician will be responsible for conduction of Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and other services on the Systems, Work Stations and Peripheral Equipment.
• Responsible for attending fault calls and restore the system within the required Service Levels.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining computers and peripheral equipment.
• Perform regular patrol to the systems coverage locations.
• Assist with configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware.
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of technical support experience on computer hardware or/and software.
• Experience supporting various hardware and peripheral components.
• Experience working directly in a customer service support environment.
• Speaks Cantonese and basic English.
• Works onsite at the airport and undertake occasional shift work in a 24x7x365 environment.
