• Create the business growth moment on ICT solution and particular on Server, Cloud & End User Computing Business.
• Focus on design solution including ICT infrastructure with MS Windows, Virtual desktop platform, W365, basic network administration, MS AD, End point protection, Applications installation, migration and troubleshooting, device patches and desktop / BYOD administration services.
• Provide pre-sales consultancy, lead technical discussion, influence client's decisions, establish / maintain good client relationship 
• Obtain client’s requirements as to propose the best-fit solutions to fulfil client’s needs 
• Implement and conduct presentation, proof-of-concept and demonstration to prospect customers 
• Respond to RFI / tender and responsible for solution & technical write-up and service proposal & estimation 
• Work with sales team, external partners, internal departments/line of business to formulate solution proposal 
• Conduct project planning, solution implementation and standard documentation 
• Perform ad-hoc job task as assigned 

The follow attributes will be valued…

• Degree / Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines 
• Preferable with Working knowledge on Azure, AWS, AliCloud, or experience building High-Availability infrastructure.
• 3 years or above of Server / End User Computing  / Cloud infrastructure presales/consulting experience 
• With know-how on latest enterprise technology, software applications, backend systems, middleware, client applications, documentation management solutions, network/hardware systems, etc 
• Self-motivated, proactive and energetic team player 
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations 
• Have Passion to serve with best solution and develop solution mindset career 
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills, innovative in providing solutions 
• Candidates in immediate availability is preferred
