Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic, innovative and technical direction to solve project directives and opportunities 
• Ensure the technology platforms incorporated are delivered and maintained according to project requirements and technical strategy 
• Evaluate and perform impact analysis on major design options and make recommendations 
• Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, best practices and mentor 
• Deliver quality and complex, from mid-range to enterprise, technical solutions that compliant with company standards 
• Provide technical support, configuration, system administration and maintenance 
• Make recommendations on system tuning and configuration change 
• Provide first-line and second-line support on maintenance of servers which may be affected by environmental issues, server hardware or system software problem 
• Evaluate performance of third-party suppliers, products and solutions; engage in and lead collaborative discussions
• Solve problems proactively and address challenges and functional concerns

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience 
• Process high level of skills in multiple technical disciplines, includingLinus, Windows, and Clouds; professional certifications of Cloud is a plus
• Architectural knowledge of data center infrastructure, such as networking, servers, storage infrastructure and virtualization is advantageous
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to deliver quality work
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English, effective communication skills
