Role & Responsibilities 

· Being the key person to lead / drive web digital product design success and direction 

· Manage a design team to develop creative digital web and multimedia solutions for different projects in Hong Kong and the region 

· Coordinate with various parties to produce all forms of design concept in online and offline channels 

· Work closely with cross-functional teams for concept development, execution and all creative deliberation 

· Attend regular training to equip with the latest design trends, skill and knowledge 

· Lead junior designers and monitor project delivery 

Capabilities Required 

· Bachelor Degree Holder in Digital Design / Web Design/ Multimedia or related disciplines 

· At least 8 years or above related working experience in Digital Design/Advertising industry 

· Proficient in design software skills such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro 

· Knowledge in HTML/ CSS and JavaScript is a must 

· Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure within tight schedule 

· A strong team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 

· Excellent communication, organization, administrative and time management skills.
