A HKSAR Government Department
Selected candidates will be assigned to work in government department to responsible for office automation, infrastructure system and end-user support in the Policy Address Team

Responsibilities:

• Manage the file/print servers, e-mail system, workstations, local LAN and the related support/maintenance tasks
• Advise user on IT solutions to meet the business requirements in the Policy Address Team of Administration Wing
• Provide day-to-day on-going LAN administration service including but not limited to file/print servers, Confidential Messaging Application, PC support, mobile device support, network configuration and VPN
• Provide helpdesk service
• Assist to review contractors' project deliverables and assist in monitoring contractors' performance in compliance with Government standards and guidelines

Requirement:

• High Diploma / Degree Holder or above in IT or Computer Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• must have good customer service skills
• hands-on practical experience in Windows 10, Windows Servers & LAN support
• Experience in supporting Government Office Automation software and systems will be an advantage
