Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot the IT service and support, including office network, laptops, video conference system, AD, VPN and IT related system.
- Perform routine installation & troubleshooting on hardware/software, operating system, office applications, Active Directory, antivirus and relevant hardware drivers
- Receive IT related incidents/request from end-user and provide Helpdesk and Deskside technical support
- Deliver first-line support to solve end user incident or services request
- Provide Support with staff on-boarding and departure process.
- At least 2 years’ working experience in IT Support / Helpdesk support / Technical support
- Good troubleshooting skill in Window operating system
- Familiar with Microsoft tools, such as office365, teams, OneDrive, AD, etc., can handle technical support on related systems.
- Experience with common enterprise IT systems, such as video conferencing, IP phone, network leased lines, Internet access control, etc.
- Good command to both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Casual dress code.
