• Lead the IT team to support business operations and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Oversee the development, maintenance, operation and support of the group’s hardware and software application systems
• Develop and review IT budgets to ensure they comply with the group’s corporate goals, guidelines and objectives
• Lead a review of all technology, systems and platforms to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Plan and implement technology to streamline internal operations.
• Take the lead in working with software vendors and service providers
• Provide technical leadership for any complex and potential service problems, solution resolution, stakeholder communication and to plan and test proposed solutions;

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years in managing and directing IT operations. Experience in F&B/Retail industry is an advantage
• Proven experience in project management and working with stakeholders to develop effective integrated business and IT strategic and operational plans
• Experience in systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
• Sound knowledge of new technology trends
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, good communications, stakeholders management and leadership skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
