Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support as a wide range of IT services for the corporate clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for clients' server, desktop and / or IT networking systems
- Troubleshoot and provide solution for connection errors from clients' computer, multi-function printer, scanner and / or other portable device
- Manage the card access functions for clients' multi-function device or systems
- Other IT related support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in field service and / or helpdesk support
- MTA / MCT / MCSE certificate holder is preferred
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and basic knowledge in Linux
- 5.5 working days per week with alternative Saturday off is required
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
