Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist manager to manage Octopus digital products
- Design the UI/UX of Octopus digital services
- Be customer centric, provide market update and competitive analysis that would enable Octopus to stay ahead of competitors
- Set up, collect and study digital analytic results and make recommendations for continuous optimization
- Assist in arranging and conducting focus groups and user interviews to listen to customer voice, provide feedback on concepts and ideas to enhance product design and customer experience
- Monitor customer comments in App Store and Play Store and coordinate internally to provide timely feedback
- Assist manager to lead, support and implement new, or enhance, existing digital products and features
Requirements:
- Diploma or University Degree holder in Human Interface / UX Design / Computer Science / Business Admin / Marketing or equivalent; Digital Studies or Digital Marketing stream is preferred
- Experience in mobile apps / digitals or web projects is a plus
- Hands-on experience in digital analytic tools, Adobe and MS Office Applications
- Good team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details with customer centric mind-set
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
