Job Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to manage Octopus digital products
• Design the UI/UX of Octopus digital services
• Be customer centric, provide market update and competitive analysis that would enable Octopus to stay ahead of competitors
• Set up, collect and study digital analytic results and make recommendations for continuous optimization
• Assist in arranging and conducting focus groups and user interviews to listen to customer voice, provide feedback on concepts and ideas to enhance product design and customer experience
• Monitor customer comments in App Store and Play Store and coordinate internally to provide timely feedback
• Assist manager to lead, support and implement new, or enhance, existing digital products and features
•  

Requirements:

• Diploma or University Degree holder in Human Interface / UX Design / Computer Science / Business Admin / Marketing or equivalent; Digital Studies or Digital Marketing stream is preferred
• Experience in mobile apps / digitals or web projects is a plus
• Hands-on experience in digital analytic tools, Adobe and MS Office Applications
• Good team player and possess good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details with customer centric mind-set
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
