Job Description
Project Management
- Manage and monitor various IT projects from requirement study to project rollout and post-implementation support
- As the key IT focal point between business stakeholders, internal IT Team and solution providers
- Identify and remediate any risks to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Analyze business processes and requirements to propose IT solution to stakeholders
- Liaise business stakeholder to prepare test plan, arrange UAT and provide user support & training
Service Management
- Supports all levels of users in order to deliver high quality IT services and ensures the smooth production run of application systems
- Manage IT incidents and control service level
- Manage team to provide daily IT operation and support, to provide troubleshooting, counter measurement and improvement on various IT issues
- Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by managers to meet business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years related working experience, with 2 years team leading experience
- Solid experience in working on POS, WMS and ERP
- Experience in CRM and E-commerce in retail industry is preferred
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FICO/SDMM/IS-U) is preferred
- Strong in problem-solving and detail-minded
- Good communication skills, helpful and good team player
