Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project management for analytical platform implementation
- Supervise UAT, documentations, quality control with objectives to achieve high customer satisfaction within budget, resources allocation and time frames;
- Duties include but not limited to vendor sourcing, logistic arrangements, time line management and production;
- Lead and manage the other members of the project team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output including strategy formulation, creative and technical production and implementation;
- Take care of system implementation/ integration, data analytics, process improvement/ enhancement programs /reporting;
- Prepare regular reports for customer analytics and performance review.
- Responsible for all on-going support business user’s new change requests and requirements
- Work with stakeholders/users to ensure the solutions are in excellent performance and provide with quality and accuracy
- University graduate with at least 2-years web project management experiences
- Knowledge on Apache Kafka, Arrow, Airflow, SQL programming, using BI tool, Tableau is preferred
- Solid experienced in project tracking by JIRA & Confluence, and requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT, production release
- Experience using agile and scrum methodologies/principles
- Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, Cloud services like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; and DevOps/Agile project management skills are preferable;
- Knowledge on data governance will be an advantage;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
