Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the 1st tier support on POS/ERP systems and handle user enquires
• Participate in systems configuration,  testing and documentations of related operating procedures
• Report & Coordinate with headquarter to resolve problems

 Requirement 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related
• At least 2-3 year’s solid experience in application support
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Less experience will be considered as IT Support - Helpdesk
