Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide the on-site support technical support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, mobile, communication systems and premium user support
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, system and network issues
- Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- 1-2 year working experience in deskside Support
- Good interpersonal skills and passionate
- Good command of spoken and written English
