Job Description
Job Roles
- To support the company's IT infrastructures and CCTV systems of HK office and China factories.
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action and coordination.
- Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control.
- Maintain and update job related polices and documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.
- Willing to learn new technology.
Requirements
- Diploma or above is preference.
- More than 1 year solid system support and network administration experience.
- Familiar with VMware ESXi, Firewall, Windows Server, and Network Security.
- Immediately available is an advantage.
