- Manage all Retail, CRM and O+O (Online and Offline) solutions development and implementation (e.g., POS, CRM, Social commerce, Client telling apps, EFT, SD-WAN, guest WiFi).
- Maintain and provide technical / operational support on Retail applications & system interfaces.
- Assist users to analyze and resolve system issues. If required, work with Regional/Group IT and/or vendor to identify the technical solution.
- Lead SIT and UAT to ensure system deliverables with quality.
- Perform change management and ensure user communication and satisfaction of service delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional/Group IT to roll-out and upgrade various Group systems.
- Ensure user satisfaction after project delivery and in running phase.
- Define and organize project steering activities, and manage resources & responsibilities and provide project status update to stakeholders.
- Support the domain “business owners” in the definition of their needs and translate them into recommendations for development/improvement of IT applications.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years’ solid working experience in Information Technology, preferably in Retail/ecommerce industry
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Good understanding of retail processes and store operations
- Solid expertise and technical knowledge in O+O like retail applications (POS, Client telling app, payment systems), CRM,…etc.
- Be able to articulate business requirements and translate to technical solutions / specifications
- Excellent project management skill
- Proven multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and people networking
- Innovative problem solving with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
