Your role

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes, anticipate requirements or policy changes caused by the digital transformation or business process improvements
• Proficient at understanding the workflow and system impacts in IT and digitization process, perform requirements collection and gap analysis and being able to propose the solution to and transform the existing practices and workflow to enhance the quality of process
• Lead on-going review of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Assist project team and business users in performing user acceptance testing
• Perform development activities, including custom programs development, interface design, testing and data conversion
• Provide regular support for user operations and testing

We are looking for:

• Degree holder in IT / Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years related experience as IT Business Analyst or Business Process Flow Improvement Projects
• Strong business domain knowledge in Consumer Products & FMCG – Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Experience in scalable IT system or digital project implementation is advantage
• Creative thinking, able to bring new ideas to help solve clients’ problems
• Energetic, well-organized, able to work independently and capable of working under pressure and in tight schedule
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
