Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the functional specification, system design and requirements specified with the guidance from system analyst
- Develop coding, perform unit testing and prepare test plan as per ITD standard development process
- Recommend the best algorithm to enable the resultant deliverables can be reusable
- Prepare system documentation and present to system analyst for review
- Educate and supervise programmer to follow the company-wide development process and procedures
- Carry out tasks assigned by system analyst
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in programming and system development
- Familiar with relational database and client/server application development is essential
- Knowledge of Web programming, .NET Technologies and C# for application.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
