Our client is a beauty services chain with around 10 centres in major commercial and shopping districts in HK and we are recruiting a Business/Data Analyst to support the company expansion.

Major Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to understand their business goals, work flow and directions.
• Manage and compile data into useful information received from marketing, operations, social media, sales and competitors.
• Prepare Dashboard for different departments in the company to create useful business insights, directions and improvements for marketing, operations and the company overall.
• Analyze and recommend improvements in data collection and storage.
• Drive data automation for the routine statistics to reduce manual work and processing time and enhance accuracy.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in business, computing, statistics or similar discipline.
• Over 3 years relevant working experience in data/business analysis.
• Working knowledge in data mining, databases, SQL, Python, PHP, Tableau, Excel and other statistical and presentation software.
• Number sensitive and problem solving mindset.
• Comfortable to deal with all levels of management.
